Location. Really good brekfast. Views

Level of tidyness in apartments. Poor light. Not cleaned swiminng pool, cables inside.

Wonderful toscan area, clean rooms, delicious breakfast

Area is wonderful, typical toscan. Room was clean. Breakfast is perfect, maybe it would be nice some warm breakfast as well. Coffee is delicious as well, they use big coffee machine from the bar and serve it for you.

Walls are so thin that we heard every words, steps, packing from neighbors. Many-many wasps during breakfast (not bees).

Amazing view and swimming pool, lovely breakfast buffet and staff very friendly. Very family friendly property

Check out became a bit problematic as the reception was closed by 8pm and we had a bill to settle. But the restaurant staff managed to help us get it sorted. Could have been more organised from hotel management

Experience the silence

It was the best silence we've ever experienced. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very rich and delicious.

However the location is a bit remote; grocery stores and restaurants are a bit far from the hotel. The hotel should provide at least some basic stuff in the room; such as bottle of water, hand soap, maybe some coffee and some fruit to welcome the guests.

Excellent views and relaxing holidays! Good value for money.

Excellent location with amazing views of the heels and well preserved facilities. It is all about the views in a beautiful accommodation.

If you want to visit several places around Tuscany, it might not be the ideal location due to long driving distance to main attractions

Wonderful view and feel, overpriced for the accommodations.

Beautiful location and resort. A true Tuscan getaway. The look and feel were exactly what we wanted.

Breakfast was basically continental which was disappointing considering the price increase to add breakfast. The pools were freezing - even with 30 degree weather. Drinks were overpriced. The restaurant on site decided to stop servicing 95% of the menu for lunches which caused us to have to leave to get food offsite. One of the reasons we selected this resort was there was a restraint on site. So we considered this a bit of a dirty trick. The on site spa is very expensive!

Stunning views, phenomenal staff, excellent food and tranquility at its best.

The location was stunning-the views were breathtaking. There were Eve flocks of sheep with bells around their necks being herded down the hillside-honestly took my breath away! The villa/apartment was private and had everything we needed…including ice cold air conditioning, which we needed in the 38 degree heat. The pools and spa were exceptional too. Also, the food from the restaurant was delicious-felt like we were on MasterChef!!!

There wasn’t anything negative about our stay. We loved it!

Perefect place for the rest, with nice view.

The location of the hotel is very quiet, you has to use car or taxi to reach it. Parking in hotel is no problem, even with the bigger car. The pool was splited to three pools with the different water depth, perfect for kids and adults in separately levels. Very nice staff, pool bar, nice and clean apartments.

Everything was alright. The restaurant has a little bit limited menu for the lunch, but the food is always good. The hotel wifi was weak, but that created the perfect atmosphere to relax from work. I can recommend.

It was perfect vacation, it was exactly what I needed to be in quite, beautiful place for lazy recharge. I enjoyed friendly personal, tasty breakfast with a lot of opportunities, diner as well was tasty, beautiful spa with what I needed like hammam, sauna and jacuzzi. On top of it sooo amazing view and bird sings.

Views, location, swimming pool and staff were very nice. Picture perfect Tuscany. Our room had a private outside area where we had dinner. Reception staff were very helpful as well as the spa and restaurant staff. The views from the room were amazing. The breakfast was excellent with freshly baked cakes, eggs, fruit and several cereal options. Pool is as pretty as it looks and 3 pools made it extra fun for the kids

Living room did not have a sofa and it was not clearly mentioned but it did have chairs.. not a problem when the weather was nice as we were outside but became a bit awkward when it rained one afternoon.
